Welcome to the Olympia Estates HOA

Olympia Estates is a community in Missouri City, TX, nestled between the Vicksburg neighborhood and the Park’s Edge neighborhood off Vicksburg Boulevard near Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Tollway.

The Olympia Estates Community Association, Inc. governs sections 1-6 of the subdivision.

Newer sections (those being built now by Gateway/Rausch Coleman) belong to a different association.

Our homeowners enjoy fast access to the Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston, the Galleria area, and Sugar Land via State Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Parkway. The association maintains a park and some common areas and owns a recreation reserve that’s been set aside for the future.

We are professionally managed by the Crest Management Company.
